Nondiscrimination Policies
The 长滩 Unified School District's programs, 活动, and practices shall be free from discrimination based on race, color, 祖先, 国家的起源, ethnic group identification, 年龄, 宗教, marital or parental status, physical or mental disability, 性, 性ual orientation, 性别, 性别 identify or expression, or ge网ic information; the perception of one or more of such characteristics; or association with a person or group with one or more of these perceived characteristics.

菠菜网lol正规平台 has the primary responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations, and shall investigate complaints alleging failure to comply with those laws and regulations alleging discrimination, 骚扰, 恐吓, and/or bullying and unauthorized charging of pupil fees for educational 活动. 菠菜网lol正规平台 seeks to resolve complaints early and through informal resolution whenever possible and appropriate. To resolve complaints which cannot be resolved through early, 非正式的过程, the District shall seek to resolve those complaints through the Uniform Complaint Procedures.
