Complaint Regulations and Forms

Types of Complaints

Uniform Complaint Procedures

Complaints Concerning District Personnel

应尽一切努力在尽可能早的阶段解决投诉. Whenever possible, 投诉人应直接与员工沟通以解决问题. 所有与行政人员以外的地区人员有关的投诉应以书面形式提交给校长或直接主管. 如投诉人无法准备书面投诉书, administrative staff shall help him/her to do so. 与校长或中央办公室管理员有关的投诉应首先以书面形式提交给适当级别的助理督学或指定人员. 与督学有关的投诉最初应以书面形式提交给董事会.

第九条

Williams Uniform Complaint Procedures

Complaints Concerning Instructional Materials

504 Complaint Procedures
